About the Role:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and people-focused HR Associate to join our outsourcing company’s growing team. This role will support our remote workforce and US-based clients by handling employee relations, assisting with HR operations, and ensuring labor compliance. The position is ideal for fresh graduates with a background in Human Resources Management, Psychology, or related fields—or individuals with prior HR or labor relations experience in the BPO or outsourcing industry.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Employee Relations & Compliance
- Support employee case handling, including minor disputes, grievances, and conflict resolution.
- Assist with disciplinary procedures and maintain proper documentation.
- Ensure compliance with PH labor laws, company policies, and client standards.
- Stay updated on DOLE regulations, labor advisories, and BPO-specific practices.
2. Recruitment & Onboarding
- Assist in screening applicants and scheduling interviews.
- Prepare and coordinate virtual onboarding sessions and welcome kits.
- Monitor and track performance during probationary periods.
3. HR Operations & Administration
- Maintain and update employee records and digital files.
